Audit

Audit service is provided under two main headings.

First one is an optional audit service as a preparation for a possible post-control audit by the Ministry.

The second is the audit activities in the scope of the annual activity report required by the legislation of the companies holding the Authorized Economic Operator Certificate (AEO).

As part of our routine audit services, the customs files of companies are reviewed comprehensively under the following topics and recommendations are made about possible risks. 

• Compliance of the imported goods with the customs declaration and accounting, inventory and finance records 
  
• Compliance with the taxation rules 
• Compliance of the goods declared in terms of Tariff, Origin and Value 
• Compliance with the regimes used and rules of such regimes 
• Compliance with the trade policy measures 
• Other significant issues.
